Sweetface delivers original makeup and beauty products all over Pakistan with Cash on Delivery.

Delivery Charges

A flat delivery charge of Rs. 200 applies to orders below Rs. 2,990, anywhere in Pakistan. Orders of Rs. 2,990 or more get FREE delivery. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. For some areas, high-value orders or customers with previously refused parcels, a small advance payment may be required. Our team will contact you if this applies.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery may take longer during sales, holidays, bad weather or other situations beyond our control.

Order Confirmation

After you place an order, our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your details. Please make sure your phone number and full address (house number, street, area, city) are correct so your parcel is not delayed.

Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected time, message us on WhatsApp at 0310-0997333 with your order number and we will check your parcel and update you.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Record an unboxing video when you open your parcel. If anything is damaged, leaked, missing or wrong, send the video and photos on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund under our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
