How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart and check out on the website, or message us on WhatsApp at 0310-0997333 and our team will place the order for you.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available all over Pakistan. For some areas or high-value orders a small advance payment may be required.
Will you confirm my order?
Yes. Our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order details before dispatch.
Shipping & Delivery
What are the delivery charges?
A flat delivery charge of Rs. 200 applies to orders below Rs. 2,990, anywhere in Pakistan. Orders of Rs. 2,990 or more get FREE delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and usually delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
My order is late. What should I do?
Message us on WhatsApp at 0310-0997333 with your order number and we will check your parcel and update you.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Unopened, sealed products can be returned if you change your mind (Rs. 200 return charge). For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned.
What if my product arrives damaged, leaked or wrong?
Send your unboxing video and photos on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. Once approved, we send a free replacement or refund.
How do I get my refund?
Refunds are sent to JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank account (IBAN) within 7 working days after the returned item passes our quality check.

Are Sweetface products original?
Yes. Every product sold on this website is an original Sweetface product, shipped directly by us.
How do I choose the right shade?
Check the shade images on each product page. If you are unsure, send us a photo of your skin in daylight on WhatsApp and our team will suggest a shade.
Where can I find the expiry date?
The manufacturing and expiry details are printed on each product or its packaging.
How should I store my makeup?
Keep products tightly closed, away from direct sunlight and heat, and do not share eye or lip products. Do a patch test before first use if you have sensitive skin.
